Delete Account

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data for ashacc.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from the email address registered in the app.

2. Subject: Delete My Account

3. In the message, include your registered email / phone number or username.

Send your request to: support@ashacc.com

What will be deleted

When we confirm your request, we will delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials

• Order history and saved addresses

• Any saved preferences and in-app data linked to your account

Retention and exceptions

• Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., invoices, tax/financial records) for up to [1] years.

• After the retention period ends, the remaining data will be permanently deleted.

Processing time

We typically process deletion requests within [7–30] days.
